This course is designed to help leaders build their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with a focus agility and adaptability. Participants will develop the ability to assess emotional and interpersonal needs in real-time and adapt their responses accordingly. By exploring the dynamics of Emotional Intelligence, participants will learn the importance of having a variety of responses and approaches to leadership challenges. Using assessment-based tools, leaders will gain insights into their own emotional tendencies and develop strategies to adapt their leadership style to meet the demands of different situations effectively.
In this course:
- Explore key concepts of Emotional Intelligence and its role in effective leadership.
- Understand the value of having a range of emotional responses and approaches in different leadership scenarios.
- Identify personal leadership styles and emotional tendencies.
- Learn how to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of various situations and adjust responses accordingly.
